Barbora Tomšovská

Partner

Barbora was one of the first headhunters in Prague and has more then 20 years of experience in Executive Search. Since the 1990s, she worked for an international headhunting firm and later, as a Partner, managed the company’s activities across Central and Eastern Europe. She holds a degree in economics and finance, as well as an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University. Barbora founded Touchdown with the aim of delivering top-tier Executive Search services and development programmes for senior executives. She specialises in senior leadership roles in banking, private equity, telecommunications, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals. She is fluent in Czech, English, Spanish, and French.

Ivana Votočková

Partner

Ivana originally trained as a nuclear physicist before transitioning to the private sector in 1994. She initially worked as a financial analyst for an international Executive Search firm, and from 1998 as a consultant in a British headhunting company, where she led projects across Central and Eastern Europe. In 2004, she became a founding partner of Touchdown. With her extensive industry experience, Ivana is highly knowledgeable in both international and local business sectors. She specialises in senior roles in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, and banking. She is fluent in Czech, English, and Russian.

Petr Zít

Senior Consultant

Petr studied electrical engineering, classical guitar and cultural studies. While studying and early in his career, he held various positions in education, electrical engineering, retail and finance. From 2004 to 2010 he worked in a newly founded company providing complex HR services and consulting. He worked on the start-up of the company, was responsible for the acquisition of clients and he led the sales team. Later, Petr managed the entire operation of the company. He joined Touchdown as a Senior consultant in 2010, focusing on search of managerial roles in industry and FMCG. Petr is fluent in Czech and English and has conversational Spanish.

Jiřina Kořínková

Senior Consultant

With over 20 years of HR experience, Jiřina was one of the pioneers of Executive Search in the Czech Republic. She holds a degree from the University of Economics in Prague with a specialisation in corporate economics and has completed numerous courses in motivation, assessment, and management coaching. Throughout her career, she has worked in several international companies as an HR manager. Jiřina has successfully filled numerous executive positions for a wide range of clients and currently specialises in the electrical and engineering sectors. She is fluent in Czech and English and is conversational in French and German.

Zdeňka Janatová

Office manager

Zdena is an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in administration, team coordination, and back-office operations. She has worked across a variety of industries including executive search, real estate, investments, language education, and hospitality. Since 2009, she has been a key part of Touchdown Czech Republic, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the firm and supporting its consultants. Prior to that, she held senior administrative roles in several Prague-based companies, where she was responsible for managing office and reception teams, corporate fleets, and internal processes. Zdena brings decades of hands-on experience, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of both corporate and client service environments. She is fluent in Czech and English.
